What is The Real Job of a Tractor?

Tractors in Rural Roads
Is this tractors Real Job?
When I see a Tractor I confuse what is the real job of it, Cultivate crops fields or rural roads? These tractors imported as agricultural products. So they have no VAT. In this reason some wicked importer of Bangladesh, importee these tractors very cheap rate and then they convert these tractors to transporter and sell them with high profit. These converted tractors use to transport stones, bricks, mud, sands, logs and many other heavy goods. In front of view this may impressive news. But if you observe deeply then you find out the real situation of this matter. First think where they used. Most of the tractors are used to transport in rural area’s roads. We all know that how silly the rural roads are! They are constructed very silly way. When these tractors driven with their demon looking wheels on these roads. Think what happened to the rural roads. Very soon these roads look like cultivated fields.
Most often these demon tractors driven by under aged men. They are only 14-20 age. They have no academic training most of them illiterate. Most of them work as a labor in the tractor. After few days they become a driver.

No one has told anything to them. Because the owner of this tractor so powerful. Even Government Administration of Bangladesh can’t take any steps to stop them. Because most of them (the owner of these tractors) local political leaders of ruling party.

Kitchen Wastes Management Plants for the Cities of Bangladesh

Kitchen Wastes
Kitchen Wastes Management of Bangladesh
Kitchen WastesThere are many cities of Bangladesh. Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna are largest of them. Millions of people are live there. Only Dhaka city there are lived more then fifteen millions people and each day they produce over 4,000-5,000 tons of household waste. Dhaka City Corporation can lift only 50% of it. Some of it manages by some private firms and NGOs. The rest remains on roadsides, in open drains and in low-lying areas include canals and rivers. Often it blocks the drainage system and creates dirty water’s flood in rainy season. This has a negative impact on the city’s environment. Not only that but also DCC manage the wastes in open places that they lift. So, these wastes pollute our environment all time. This situation is more daunting in other cities of Bangladesh.
Burning Wastes

Burning Wastes
The Government of Bangladesh thinks other way to manage these wastes. Like as kitchen wastes based hit power plants where produce electricity. Apparently may be this is very impressive decision.  But when you think deeply than you may realize how self-destructed decision this is. When this project started and burns these wastes it produces lots of smoke. Can you imagine what happened to our environment

There are great way to manage these wastes. Bio-gas plant is the greatest way to manage these wastes. Many of us know what is biogas? Biogas typically refers to a gas produced by the biological breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Organic waste such as dead plant and animal material, animal feces, and Kitchen Waste can be converted into a gaseous fuel called biogas. Biogas originates from biogenic material and is a type of bio-fuel. Biogas can be used in anaerobic digesters where it is typically used in a gas engine to convert the energy in the gas into electricity and heat, Biogas can be compressed, much like natural gas, and used to power motor vehicles. We use this gas fuel for power generator, who supplies power for our plant. From this plant we also get huge compost fertilizers as bonus. This compost fertilizer distributes our farmer as a reasonable price. This may increase our crop field’s bio-circulation
Our Government may establish easily mega plants to manage the kitchen wastes of our cities. For this plant no need foreign technology. This may easily do by our local technology.

Wastes Managing Plant
Household Wastes Management Plant
Input Section: - Here input the household wastes that collected from city.

Rolling Belt
Rolling Belt
Selection Section:- The wastes are move by a rolling belt to slicing blade. Some workers select the non-rotting (non-putrescent) things like as plastic goods, canes, polyethylene, papers and others, and remove them carefully

Slicing Section:- A rotor blade slices the rotting wastes to small pieces.

Mixing Section:- The sliced wastes are mixed with water here and send them to digester tank.
Digested & Gas Chamber

Digester & Gas Chamber Section:- Here digest the wastes and produce bio-gas.

Generator for Produce Power:- The produced biogas are used to run a power generator for plants power. The extra gas is store in cylinders for other uses.

Compost Drying
Compost Drying Fields
Compost Drying Fields:- The compost fertilizer that get by-produce will be dry in the drying field. This process may take 30-40 days. It can do early by using the stored biogas.

Packaging:- After drying the compost then it is packed into bags and distribute to farmer at a very cheap rate. It must discourage our farmer to use chemical fertilizer in their crop fields.

The overall benefits of this plant are we must keep our environment safe.
